Round 1 DEADLINE EXTENSION & RULES CLARIFICATION

Hello Hackers,

We have two important updates regarding the hackathon:

1. DEADLINE EXTENSION

We're extending the Round 1 Virtual Submission deadline to Tuesday, September 23, 2025 @ 3:00 a.m. ET. This gives you an extra 24 hours to perfect your projects!

2. VIRTUAL HACK DAY - MONDAY

Monday (9/22) will be a dedicated virtual hack day. You can join Discord: https://discord.gg/Hn7xnu4Y and connect with others. Email us at help-2025-V313-AIB@wncp.ai with any additional questions or for additional support.

3. RULES CLARIFICATION

For Round 1 Virtual Submission, please ensure your entry includes:

Required:
- 🎥 Demo Video (≤5 min): Team intro + live product walkthrough
- 🔗 Usable Project Link: Functional prototype with login credentials if needed.
- 📜 Project Write-up: Product name, product overview, and a summary of how it works and the tech you used to build it (AI can write it)
- 💻 Code Access: Public repo with clear README.md (text document outlining the program, install instructions, and tech. AI can write it)
- If you run into any issues with the requirements, reach out to us immediately at help-2025-V313-AIB@wncp.ai for alternatives or help.

Optional but encouraged for the Viewer's Choice Award:

📣 Marketing Video (30-60s): Commercial-style spot promoting your product
